About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Community Manager who will help elevate StudentLife Academy and support the growth of our CEO’s personal brand.

This is a mid-level role (1–2+ years experience) for someone who:

You will help craft our marketing strategy, lead content creation, manage campaigns, run lead generation funnels, coordinate events, and guide a small team of 1–3 people.

Key Responsibilities

CONTENT (Daily & Weekly)

  • Create content (text, video, social media) in Greek (English is a plus for future expansion).

  • Manage content calendars across multiple channels.

  • Write email campaigns & SMS campaigns.

  • Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Filmora, Canva, Submagic (willingness to adapt to our tools).

  • Write articles, scripts, and high-converting landing page copy.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING

  • Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Search Ads.

  • Build landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel.

  • Conduct deep research, immersion, and customer insight interviews with students, alumni, and leads.

  • Evaluate lead quality weekly with the sales team.

  • Optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics.

COMMUNITY & CRM

  • Manage lead nurturing sequences.

  • Monitor and reply to messages across platforms.

  • Collect student testimonials.

  • Organize community events, such as:

    • Social Media Freelancer Summit

    • Freelancer Workshops

    • Business & Sales Workshops

    • Content Creation Workshop

    • StudentLife Academy Retreat (team internal)

    • Monthly events (content + community building)

BRAND & STRATEGY

  • Support launch campaigns.

  • Work with the CEO on marketing strategy & funnel optimization.

  • Create presentations, PDFs, and sales materials.

  • Monitor leads, sales, and campaign performance.

LEADERSHIP

Manage a small internal team of 1–3 people for:

  • content creation

  • events

  • campaign support

  • community management

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2+ years experience in marketing (content + performance)

  • Strong experience with social media & content creation

  • Loves marketing and storytelling

  • Excellent Greek AND very strong English skills

  • Bonus: Familiarity with GoHighLevel

Work Setup

  • Hybrid: 2 days per week working from home and 3 days per week working from our office or CEO’s home office (Nicosia)

  • Occasional weekend involvement:

    • ~3–4 hours Saturday

    • ~30 minutes Sunday

    • Monthly event participation

  • Total 40 hours/week

  • Salary: €1600–€1900 Gross (based on experience)

  • Annual bonus

  • 21 days paid annual leave

  • Salary review after 12–18 months (+€100 up to €250)
